Solar Panel Maintenance Guide for Indian Rooftops

By Engineering Desk · · 1 min read

Dust is the single biggest silent drag on Indian rooftop systems — a panel that looks only mildly dusty can already be losing a meaningful share of its output. A simple water rinse every 2–3 weeks in dry months, and after any dust storm, recovers most of that loss immediately.

Monsoon season needs a different checklist: inspect cable glands and junction boxes for water ingress, confirm earthing connections haven’t corroded, and check that mounting structure bolts are still torqued after a season of wind load.

Our AMC plans bundle scheduled cleaning with an annual electrical inspection, so these checks happen on a calendar instead of only after you notice a dip in generation.
